Misaligned camera in transport

Describe the bug Getting in transport during laying down changes the default passanger camera position.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Find transport with driver in it;
2. Perform laying down action with getting in the transport action;
3. Drive some distance;
4. Camera moves down in Z-axis, under your seat.

Expected behavior Camera should stay in default passanger position.
