Pickups that can't be taken block nearby items

Some items can't be picked up due to:

• max capacity in inventory reached (wire cutters, satchels, etc.);
• player already has an item of the same type and needs to switch to it (AT weapons).

If a non-pickable item is on top of the stack (gets hit by auto-trace first), it will block player from picking up items next to it.
