Logi supply should be non-accessible during transit

It should be this way for a couple of reasons:

• Drive-by construction, a logi drives by and you can instantly place an AT Gun from its supplies, but it never stopped and is quickly out of range.

• Others can steal your supply while you are moving in the truck. I've once drove all the way back to main for resupply, but upon return right before I reached my destination my supply was mostly used up by someone else.

Perhaps might be easier to have it so there must be no driver?
