[Bug] Purple Glow-stone?

So I have a schema that has glow-stone in it (Eye of harmony) and now I noticed that in a certain point in the schema the glow-stone turns purple. I tried replacing the block on the same point but different y coordinates and noticed they become purple. I have not seen this except in the schema so far and does not seem to be the exact point but only when the schema is loaded. So is this a bug with the schema or something else?

is it a separate glowstone from a mod? it's possible the schema file became corrupt and is using purple glowstone from another mod (like extra utilities). either way, this isnt a bug from TM per-say as TM does not add any purple glowstone.

Sorry the texture pack makes it look purple but appears to be dark or off appearence and it shows up as normal minecraft glowstone

Thats either the vanilla lighting bug or because of the fix to transparency. Not a TM bug at all

Could it be that the schema is corrupted or problem with the schema loading?
