[ENHANCE] transmat black/whitelist

something my friend and i noticed while playing MC together is that transmitting other players is not a thing. now i can understand why you did this (anti trolling) but having a way for my friend to transmat me in certain cases (login lag for example) would be very nice and as such am requesting a config setting to transmat players (or a black/whitelist of non/translatable entities, including the player entity)

I don't actually know if this is because of trolling, or because it just doesn't work. Actually, that might've been just landing your TARDIS on another player.

Probably landing. It pushes you out of the blocks when it lands. Dose transmat though its unreliable
