[ENHANCE] Type 40 TT Capsule
I was thinking a while ago, and had an idea. If your player is a new Timelord getting a brand new TARDIS, wouldn't the Chameleon Circuit be set to the TT Capsule from the Time of the Doctor, with the First Doctor and Clara? I propose the default TARDIS model be changed from the iconic and admittedly nerdy Police Box Model to the grey, generic-looking TT Capsule, so as to be somewhat more friendly to those who aren't Doctor Who nerds and allowing people to consider TARDISes as portable homes rather than a nerdy novelty. I will grant that the Post Box skin is very much not a TARDIS from the show, to my knowledge, but more variety is good, isn't it? I hereby submit this my little suggestion with my continued support of the mod.

the tardis is more iconic as a blue box. many younger people will not recognize it.
They probably won't recognize the telephone box(red chameleon option) either so maby it should be a Chameleon Circuit option
Tis only a suggestion to maybe help pull in more users. I remember Darkholme talking a bit about cross-mod integration with the Dalek mod, was playing with that mod a bit, and the idea just hit me. in lore, I assume most TARDISes would start off as the grey capsule form before the Chameleon Circuit kicks in. But hey, I'm not the one writing the mod, so I'll just keep enjoying what I have.
The tardis is iconic... and most kids now a days now about it because of new who! :p Its how i found this mod! xD I think the plain tardis is a cool idea and all, but i love the blue phone box. so if you can make it an option im all for it. :>
This actually makes sense, it's a new TARDIS so the chameleon circuit never broke in the junkyard. And of course the iconic blue TARDIS would be an option, you can just craft the chameleon circuit upgrade and change it to whatever you want.
I like this suggestion. Would be something if the chameleon circuit did something like check in the chunk or surrounding chunks for some compatible blocks from vanilla and/or other mods that it would be able to turn into to better disguise itself. Something like an "adaptive chameleon circuit" upgrade or something. Though if you go this route, it would disable being able to choose the exterior.
For modded blocks for it to turn into, maybe adding it to a config?

Pretty crazy idea indeed, but SecretRooms made block texture disguising, so maybe a glance at that code could give some ideas. Then again, having a two block pillar of grass blocks in a Plains biome would be a little conspicuous.
a chameleon circuit which adapts to it's surroundings won't get added, this has been requested multiple times before
I figured as much, FoxPotato, and that was never the intent of this suggestion.
I know, it was a reply to @LatentDesire. I actually agreed with the idea of starting off with a grey capsule :p
