suggestion: implement fractureiser malware scanner for built jars

Suggestion to implement Fractureiser malware scanning for archives uploaded to CurseForge with the TaskPublishCurseForge gradle task, similar to Modrinth's Minotaur: https://github.com/modrinth/minotaur/pull/49. Even with CurseForge doing these checks themselves, checking on upload could save mod authors significant time and effort if they turn out to have infected builds.

I'm happy to turn this issue into a PR myself, I wanted to create this issue first to ensure that it is a desired/acceptable feature for the project
