BUG: testmap improvements/inaccuracies

Issue Description
just a few quick notes on /testmap from earlier today that should get properly filed and tracked
doing /testmap xxxx without any further parameters should always send the player to the zone's start point location/rotation (see CES 2010 demos for example). currently on DLU i believe this instead sends you to the last respawn point you tripped in the zone(?)
live also supported testmapping to respawn points by name, i.e. in the tonspropertypad macro, you can see the command:
/testmap 1100 0 0 AGLaunch
