A play command to play the music in a VC

Most of the songs in 320kbs are well over the 8mb limit. So play command to play the music in the VC would be really cool as it would be able to play 320kbps music without the size of the audio file being an issue. Besides, it would be probably the only bot on GitHub to be able play music in 320kbps as all other bots grab 128kbps audio from Youtube.
