Issue installing addons for Both blender 2.8 and 2.79

I tried to install Doa6 softbody to blender 2.8 it gives me an error even when I run the script too works fine on 2.79 b18a77aaf6fd2e0714bee445d66c827d

Then I tried to install 3Dmigoto to 2.79 it also doesn't work so I'm stuck on what to do 4c0cbb83e00014ef33718a4158f9d33b Maybe I did something wrong?
