Allow data to be sent upon initial handshake

Currently there's no way to send data upon the initial connect message that the client sends to the server. The event I am talking about is ClientConnected. Would be nice to be able to send additional data to the server once, rather than splitting it up into multiple.

This is something I'd really like as well, probably will be a DarkRift 3 thing!
