Add version to readme

It would be nice if the readme in the package had a line with the current Darkrift version. Because there isn't a way to find out which version of Darkrift is currently running and unity sometimes doesn't update packages correctly to the newest version.

Sounds like a good idea!

Also, for reference, you can find out the version by right clicking the DLLs and looking at properties (on Windows) or by looking at the log files generated by DarkRift!
