I CAN'T use the "skyfactory 4" world for the server that I created

Bug Description

the PDF file says that "Sky Factory 4 Classic: generator-settings={"Topography-Preset":"Sky Factory 4"} level-type=DEFAULT"

can be used in the “server.properties” file but when i paste on, nothing happend! it's still the general world but WHY?

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?
