unfamiliar item bug

Bug Description

Many of my items that i have already used before is getting marked as an "unfamiliar item" and i can't really play because of it

Did this behavior use to work in the previous version?

i don't know

  • Memory Allocated:more than 4 gb
  • Server/LAN/Single Player: singleplayer
  • Optifine Installed:nope
  • Shaders Enabled:nope

World Information

  • Modpack Version world created in: don't understand
  • Additional Content Installed:nothing
