Add show name option to PotionsHud

Adds a show name option to PotionsHud, which will show the name and amplifier of the status effect (e.g. Speed II) along with the duration.

LGTM, although you may want to remove the version update in gradle.properties, since DarkKronicle might want to choose to label this as a major release (the second number) instead of the patch version (the third number), which you updated in this PR.
