[BUG]Chat Sound Mods Are Incompatible

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Both the Chat Sounds and ExtraSounds mods sounds do not work when this mod is installed/enabled. Minecraft Info Minecraft information:

• AdvancedChat version [AdvancedChatCore-1.1.1-1.17.1.jar, AdvancedChatHUD-1.0.1.jar]

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Advanced Chat Hud
2. Test with the other previously mentioned mods and see that the sounds cannot trigger.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I expected the sounds to play when a message was received like it did with the vanilla chat HUD.

Does this work with just AdvancedChatCore? I tried to mix-in into a spot that really shouldn't cause that many conflicts. AdvancedChatFilters should also provide the same chat related features (I hope to soon add better sound selection).

It does work with AdvancedChatCore. AdvancedChatFilters doesn't play a sound when a message is received from what I saw at least.
