[FEATURE] Popout chat window

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm a streamer, and I'd love to be able to have a separate popout chat window, in a different monitor than my minecraft game, change the background to green, and create a "Minecraft chat" OBS overlay!

Describe the solution you'd like Exactly like what you already have with the different resizable chat windows, but in a separate window from Minecraft so that I can move it to another monitor and capture it with OBS.

Oh that would be cool. There is a similar mod somewhere (don't remember if it's compatible with AC or anything). It would be cool to create some sort of pop out for that. Maybe even direct OBS integration. I'll look into it.
