[FEATURE] Append chat message to command!

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to create team-chat-tabs. Team chat messages are sent with the teammsg command I would like to append this command infront of whatever I type in a specified tab. Example: Hello Team! is being send as /teammsg Hello Team! The start message kinda does this but is still not exactly what I need as it only appears if I click on the chat window.
