[FEATURE] Remember chat tab position if closed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I don't like having to move the chat tab to the right position again whenever I close it.

Describe the solution you'd like Just remember the last location if you close it and open it there instead. If you open multiple windows add a little offset for each window from the last position like you already do.

Just in case you're wondering about the scenario what'd happen if there are 2 windows open and you close a third one. If you then decide to re-open one I'd still use the position of the last closed tab, rather than the position of a tab that is already open.
