Major changes in this rewrite:

• [ ] Migrate codebase to Typescript + SASS
• [ ] Implement routing for easier page handling on frontend
• [x] Add Redux for better data flow and state management
• [ ] Fix TooltipManager and ContextMenuManager api into wrapper-like components
