Detailed instructions for `arm64e` compilation of `LookinServer.framework`?

Hi! Thank you so much for sharing a pre-built LookinServer.framework compiled for arm64e. I searched online forever to find one for my iPhone 12 (A14 chip), since none of them could work because they were all missing the arm64e slice...

I also tried to compile it myself from the LookinServer repo, but was unable to do it since it only has a Package.swift file. I experimented with xcodebuild and swift-create-xcframework but came up empty. Could you share the detailed step-by-step instructions? It'd be great to have in the README as well for anyone interested in compiling future versions for example.
