Wont download

Trying to download new sauce. But for some reason it doesnt work anymore. Is there a cap to how much i can download? Or is it a bug?

Also getting this problem, it occurs when I pause a download and full exit the app and then re-enter. I can't start downloading anything. On of my downloads is at 66%
