Is there an update on the status of this project?

I do agree that this project would make a big move by fully utilising SourceGenerators. However, here are my 2 Cents, SG are still in a very early state of development as some crucial API's are still missing, this also applies to the docs, and breaking changes in the existing ones have already happened and might happen again before MS is happy with them. This might be one of the reasons DapperAOT is on (hopefully) halt for the time being. Which basically means that we probably have to wait for a year or more until it would make sense to spend money and man power on it.

I really hope this project will be in active development because the benefits are massive. I know it is hard to find the time, and I appreciate all the efforts and great work. @mgravell you changed the world for the better ❤️ Thank you very much I hope I can help with this, but I do not know if I have the knowledge to do that

I would really like to find the time to take this further; right now, my priorities are on protobuf stuff, but: I do hope to come back to this.

On SG: I think they're far enough along to be useful, so I'm not concerned about that.
