No plan to have multimap support for GridReader.ReadAsync?

GridReader.Read has multimap support, but none for GridReader.ReadAsync.

Hi,

is there any news about the advancement of this feature? I'm converting all my application to use asynchronous development and I'm surprised to see that ReadAsync does not have any overload expecting 2 arguments :-)

This would be a nice addition to Dapper. I'm curious why it wasn't included.
