Reduce the number of items that can spawn in the Wreck pool
There was too many in my playthrough, probably due to the amount of potential locations in that area.
Area that has the key and 2 sharks
I just need to convert your item locations to zone definitions and i can use that. I think up to LQ or so I have specified in the zones file. We can probably then divvy the items up over the zones maybe with some weighting depending how many locs are in a zone
