TR1-5: Cross-game levels

Add the ability to upgrade or downgrade levels into the format suitable for the version of the game being played. For example, make it possible to upgrade TR1 Caves into TR2 format, with suitable entity replacements, trigger music, secret pickups etc. As part of this, see if it is possible to include the bear and wolf models from TR2 Gold in standard TR2.
