You mean the other issue right? Where you delete question collaborators?
Do you mean a checkbox in the site options to automatically confirm all new users or just a button in some page that confirms a specific user.
@dcwill see if you are happy with this and if so close the issue. You can find the button in the user list you have access to as an admin.
Do these changes and this should be ready to merge.
@jpslav looks good. I would suggest not merging the schema.rb file though, if you can help it.
