BUG: Can't eat food while looking at a different faction's blocks

Describe the bug

If you are looking at a different faction's claimed blocks, you cannot eat.

To Reproduce

Look at a different faction's claimed blocks. Try to eat.

Expected behavior

I would expect to just be able to eat.

I remember this being an issue in MF 4. Previous attempts to fix it introduced a new bug that allowed players to bypass protections when holding certain items. We need a solution that prevents this exploit. One possibility is canceling the interaction event while simulating the eating action.
