Back button is too small and sometimes unresponsive

I installed the app on iOS 18.6.2. It mostly works fine, but the back button is often unresponsive, which makes the home button on the tab bar the only way to return to the home view. The back button is also too small. The element needs to be larger so the user doesn't have to tap precisely on the chevron.

I haven't been able to reproduce this. Do you have specific steps to reproduce this?
