Issue with special characters

Hello.

I attempted to convert several files whose titles contain Chinese/Japanese characters, but it seems that FlicFlac does not support them, regardless of the codec I select. The following error message appears: "Failed to convert."

Yes, known issue.

This line

fails with non English characters. Not sure why yet.
