Do we need to merge our expression file (RNA-seq) and our reference file (scRNA-seq) as our input file?

Hi,

It's my first time I'm going to use bayesprism and I have an issue to create my input file. I'm wondering if I need to merge my query file and my reference file and read them in R all together? If you can put an example of input file which will be load in R, that would be great and super useful. I couldn't find anything like this and it's a little bit confusing, especially for those who are not familiar with this package.

Thanks for all your effort and help.

Thank you for your interest in our methods. Please refer to the vignette and use the rdata from tutorial.dat as an example. Thanks.
