Would be package update cell state estimates?

It is important to use the updated estimates of cell type compositions in the output for better results. However, would the package also provide updated estimates of cell state composition ?

Hi. Cell state is used to model cell types with gene expression following a continuum, where a confident clustering is difficult to achieve, whereas cell type is for discretized clusters. The choice of cell type and cell state also depend on the user's target granularity of deconvolution. If a particular cell state is your target granularity and you would like to get the updated estimate of it, you may simply set it to cell type.
