What makes a cell type better predicted ?

Hello, This is an open thread to share experience. I would like to know what the best inferred cell types are, and what does it depend on. Let's say you have a reference single cell data, and a test bulk data. Do you think that the most abundant cell types in reference or test are better inferred ? In my experience, not necessarily. Thanks !
