Recently opened Clean Meter and was already experiencing issues with opening it normally so I began opening it as an administrator. It was working fine until today when I opened it and the overlay would not appear but the settings window would. After trying ctrl+alt+f10 multiple times I just closed the window restarted my computer and tried again. It worked but now only the overlay appears and not the settings page, and for some reason the overlay is in move mode where I can move it around so I just cant play even though its there.

Please let me know what I or you can do Thank You
