Radar View

Hi, I've written some code implementing a radar-type view where annotations are displayed on a radar circle as white dots similar to Yelp's monocle feature. Would it be possible for me to submit this as a pull request and get the code reviewed, and possibly submitted as a feature at some point?

Due to lots of changes in v2.0.0 I assume this would not work anymore, you can send me the code or make pull request on v2.0.0.

I was thinking implementing this as an accessory, sending ARStatus and annotations object to it.

Yeah I haven't actually looked at v2.0.0 yet. Are there breaking changes? I literally just wired in a view to listen to heading changes.

I can send a PR and I've been meaning to, but it may take me a little more time, as I've been busy with work stuff.

OK I am sure I can adapt your code to 2.0.0 no matter how you send it to me(pull request or whatever), no hurry.
