I guess you should check your log file, looks like you are missing a library I am pretty sure you are missing the php-gd library

the provided log does not show any log from the signup page. the captcha is required for a signup, otherwise, you will be an easy target for trolls/hackers

First, delete your log file access the signup page share here your avideo.log and also your JS console log
