This update gives you more info about the unzip process, but make sure your videos folder has the correct permissons. make sure www-data owns it
Try to fix this first `Permission denied: '/var/www/.cache',`

provide more logs and let's see why it is not converting.

can you get one image with the wrong size and check if the _portrait_thumbsV2.jpg and the _portrait.jpg exists? if does not exist try to find it in the log when...
but is the file video_221220194525_v27fa_portrait_thumbsV2.jpg in the correct size?
