BetterStartPage for VS2019 Doesn't Retain Project Size

I changed the size of my project list from LARGE to SMALL.

When I exit Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise and re-load, it reverts back to LARGE.

It is the same with the number of columns. Change them to 2, exit VS2019, start it again and there is only one column shown. It seems as if the settings are not stored/restored properly.
