I was wondering if it would be possible to add vertical scrolling to the start page?

The startpage is supposed to have scrollbars but from time to time this functionality breaks due to reworks. Also VS2017 seems to have troubles with scrolling due to the new layout. <VS2017 should have vertical scrollbars.
