Problem with import modules in Angular Project ( design doesn't load properly )

Hi,

MY app have next layers: App Module, Shared Module, Clinet Module, Admin Module

I declared BrowserModule, BrowserAnimationsModule, OwlDateTimeModule, OwlNativeDateTimeModule, in App Module.

I have TestComponent declared in App Module and picker work fine, and looking good image

But, when i use datetime picker in component which declared in Admin Module i get this picker look ( no errors in console ): image.
