Fanspeed monitor shows incorrect RPM on new M1 Macbook Pro

To my knowledge, the fan is not even on (I can't hear it anyway), while displaying these numbers:

This could be a Big Sur related problem - Seeing the same on an Intel CPU on v2.3.0
