unable to launch Rhubarb

Hello, When I open I try to open "rhubarb-for-spine-1.13.0" nothing this product, I modified in the properties "open with" and I selected "Java (TM) Platform SE binary", and now when I double click, a run window opens and closes just as soon.

What to do please?

In theory, just double-clicking the JAR file should open the app. If that doesn't work, try running java -jar rhubarb-for-spine-1.13.0.jar from the command line. This should work, too; if it doesn't, chances are you'll get a helpful error message.
