Hi Daniel,

I hope you can assist with this issue. I am running Rhubarb Lip Sync on a Mac with Spine 4.1. I have exported the JSON file to a 3.7 format of Spine.

However, when I run the Lip Sync application, I receive the following error message: Error performing lip sync for event 'Ha_Ha_Has_02'. " is not a valid Shape value.

My Mouth files are named Mouth_A, Mouth_B, Mouth_C, etc. I have included a screenshot of the error message here.

Could you attach a Spine export that reproduces the problem?

Hi Daniel, Any luck determining what could be causing this error?

Sorry, haven't had a chance yet.

I couldn't find anything obviously wrong with the JSON file, so my guess is that the problem is in the images or the audio files. Could you send me a zip file of the complete folder structure? If you don't want it to be public, feel free to email me at [email protected].

Hi Daniel, following up on my email to you. The application was able to process my files if there is a mouth image present in the "G" slot.

Thanks for providing such a great and useful tool. It truly is awesome.
