Which kernel version got the 'rumble rate limiter' fix?

This fix https://github.com/DanielOgorchock/linux/commit/7811b8f1f00ee9f195b035951749c57498105d52 sounds promising, but i'm not sure if i got this in my kernel. I'm using ubuntu focal, kernel 5.15.0-41-generic I don't see any version info in the syslog when connecting the controller

Is it only in the current official stable kernel 6.5.3?
