Prevent acpi reporting if battery is removed

I removed the battery from my Pro Controller, since I only ever use it over USB and I don't want to put additional strain on the battery by constantly charging it, in case I ever buy myself a BT radio.

However now it always reports the battery being empty, and gnome-shell is having a stroke as result of that.

Btw, I'm packaging hid-nintendo as a kmp module for openSUSE (dkms is discouraged). Any tips? hardware/hid-nintendo software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=hardware&package=hid-nintendo-kmp-default
