Would this result in bad input lag if installed on kubuntu 22.04?

I just installed this on kubuntu 22.04 not checking whether or not the linux kernel already supported nintendo switch pro controllers..

If that was the case and the kernel already supported nintendo switch pro controllers does that mean it would cause my 2-3 second input lag I am getting in minecraft?

If this is the case and I have two drivers running for the same thing and they are messing with each other, how do I uninstall this completely?

My xbox 360 rockcandy controller works fine.
