Feature request: power-off on inactivity

As far as I can tell, currently controllers will stay on and connected indefinitely, which can waste battery if the controller is not in use. I think they expect the Switch to be the one to decide to go to sleep, at which point they'll disconnect. On Linux power saving in controllers and the computer should be separate, so it would be great if joycond could be the one to power off controller once it's not been used in a while.

A default timeout of 5 minutes seems unlikely to have false positives. It should probably be configurable though.
