Add ARM support

This patch was initially created by @inflation, but it appears that he hasn't worked on it for some time.

Currently, it does break the API, but that can be modified (potentially deprecating the old approach).

If @inflation intends to work on this himself or has any input on the matter, I will close this pull request. However, I assume that licenses won't be an issue due to the MIT License terms.

I only modified some thinks making it compatible with stable rust.
