Directly support manifest viewing

On /admin/plugins/config?name=UniversalViewer, "Integration of the viewer" can only support 4 types as below:

Append to "Collection show"
Append to "Item show"
Append to "Collections browse"
Append to "Items browse"

I'd like to support a manifest imported with IIIF toolkit.

Anyway, you can set the manifest inside an element, so it will be displayed like internal manifest.
