Cannot see flag images in flutter windows

Same here. This is from a mac. Flutter running on Web:

As my findings, windows not support country flags. but you can add country flags font file to your windows. then it shows the flags. more info: https://github.com/perguto/Country-Flag-Emojis-for-Windows
